I stayed here for two nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for exploring, but the real star is the rooftop pool area - the views of the skyline and Burj Khalifa are unbeatable. The apartment itself was well-equipped, stylish, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Obwohl mein Partner und ich uns entschieden haben nicht in die Unterkunft zu ziehen (Krieg ging genau los als war in Dubai waren) kann ich Yasar als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen! Er war immer erreichbar und hat ständig mit uns gechattet. Er hat uns sogar seine Hilfe angeboten, als wir Dubai nicht verlassen konnten aufgrund unseres Flugausfalls. Wenn sich die Lage beruhigt werden wir definitiv wiederkommen und erneut bei Yasar buchen.

I had a great stay at Yasar’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is very convenient, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Yasar was also very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located in a fantastic area, very close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The views of the surrounding skyscrapers are beautiful, especially at night. The building itself is excellent, with great amenities. The gym is amazing and very well equipped, which was a big plus for us. There is also a buffet restaurant in the building, where we enjoyed Iftar during Ramadan, and it was a really nice experience. What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful the host was. They even helped us speed up the check-in process so we could check in much earlier, which we really appreciated as it allowed us to leave our luggage and settle in sooner. The apartment felt very comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We are very grateful for the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Yasar. Die Lage war sehr zentral und in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Kiosk, ein modernes Fitnessstudio sowie einen Infinity-Pool. Etwas störend war die Lautstärke vom Gebläse unterhalb der Wohnung. Ansonsten war alles top und wir können das Airbnb weiterempfehlen.
