We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of the Midtown buildings was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special.
One of the highlights for us was the convenience of having access to the breakfast on level 14 and the bar on level 64, which were offered to us as soon as we checked in. These facilities are the same ones available to hotel guests next door, even though we were staying in an Airbnb within the same building. We enjoyed breakfast there for three days and also had dinner on level 64, which was truly unforgettable, especially with the breathtaking Burj Khalifa view.
Everything was smooth and hassle-free, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you so much, Yasar, for hosting!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with great views. Yasar was very responsive and helped us with early check in. It’s at a great location and has a great rooftop swimming pool and hot tub.

Will be back! Amazing service and support throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the cooker during our stay but the host was very quick to support and solve our problem. Great service, and we will definitely be back to stay!

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Betten waren bequem und auch sonst hat alles gepasst.
Noch ein Tipp für Reisende, die am Airport DWC ankommen: Es gibt die Buslinie F55 (halbstündlich?) zur Metro-Station Ibn Battuta (RedLine). Eine silver nol-card bekommt man an der Kasse des kleinen Shops für 25 Dihar, da sind schon 19 Dihar Guthaben drauf, welches sich mit App und Handy per NFC wieder erweitern lässt. Und Vorsicht: Wenn Taxi, dann nur offiziell registrierte, denn sonst kann's teuer werden.

Yasar’s listing was exactly as described. This is a high end building in downtown Dubai. The views from the apartment were amazing. The real showstopper is the rooftop pool with views of the Burj Khalifa. The sunset views and photo ops were incredible. Yasar gave us local recommendations for dinner and worked with us for a flexible check in. I would definitely stay here again!

Die wohnung bietet alles was man in so einem Urlaub braucht und zudem hat man die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels zur Verfügung.
Zudem war der Vermieter immer erreichbar und hat sofort weiter geholfen.

Amazing views from the apartment and from the rooftop pool! Apartment looks really great and clean and I enjoyed my time there. Check in is easy and fast- make sure you rotate the lock to left for opening not right.. as I had issue getting inside due to fact that i kept rotating to wrong side 🤭Pool area gets full quite fast in the mornings so you should get there quite early. By 10am all chairs are taken already.
Other than that area is walkable and east to find whatever you need nearby.
Pool towels are not provided on rooftop pool for apartment quests (only by extra fee). Also if you like to store your luggage its 25aed fee per bag for apartment quests - hotel guests get it free.
